Basic Techniques on Major Scale

This chapter will study progressions with chords derived from major scale.

Most important progression is the famous ii-V-I jazz progression: it will be studied with different approaches and chord positions.

Then we will study chord-scale technique: a way to harmonize a scale only using chords of a specific type.

At the end we will explore scale harmonization as a progression to develop a complete vocabulary of chord transition techniques.
